1.  All the hamsters got racecars from St. Nick

     Gonna have a race to see who’s really quick

     There was Angus and Ginger and Junior and Paul

     Revvin’ up their engines down in the hall

     No one worried ‘bout Brownie ‘cause he was so lazy

     Everybody had their money on a hamster named Daisy

CHORUS: Go, go Daisy, Daisy go, go. Go Daisy, Daisy go, go

                Go Daisy, Daisy go, go. The dog is hot upon your trail

                You know he’s breathing down your tail

2.  First Ginger went backwards and crashed into Paul

     Brownie slowly crept along the side of the wall

     Junior rounded the corner and ran into the cat

     We won’t go into what happened after that

     Angus was right behind him but got tangled in a mop

     And then there was Daisy, she took off like a shot

3.  Daisy ran into the kitchen and right into Mom

     That’s when everything exploded just like a bomb

     All over the floor went her glass of egg nog

     Daisy started skidding right into the dog

     The dog and hamster slipped and slid on the floor

     Then the dog chased Daisy right out the front door

4.  Everybody said what happened was such a crime

     No one even saw Brownie cross the finish line

     So if you’re driving down the boulevard

     And you see a hamster in a racecar running really hard

     Go ahead and roll down your window and shout

     Go Daisy, Daisy go, go!
