C. Shells – “Just for Fun!”  CD/Cassette

CHORUS: My baby sister Betty just had some spaghetti

And now it’s all over the house

My baby sister Betty just had some spaghetti

But she did get some in her mouth, not much

But she did get some in her mouth

1.  Spaghetti on the ceiling, spaghetti on the floor

Spaghetti on the carpet, spaghetti on the door

Spaghetti down her diaper, spaghetti on her nose

And a whole bunch all over Mom’s clothes

2.  Some on Dad’s necktie and in his mustache

Some in the fish tank, it made quite a splash

Some on the dog’s nose and on his behind

But he doesn’t seem to mind

3.  Spaghetti on the high chair, spaghetti in the sink

None on her spoon but lots in her drink

Spaghetti in her hair and all over her dress

I’m glad I don’t have to clean up this mess

4.  On top of spaghetti, all covered with cheese

I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed

It rolled off the table and onto the floor

And then my poor meatball rolled out the front door

It rolled in the garden and under a bush

And then my poor meatball was nothing but mush

The mush was as tasty, as tasty could be

And early next summer, it grew into a tree

The tree was all covered with beautiful moss

And grew great big meatballs, all covered with sauce

So if you eat spaghetti, all covered with cheese

Hold onto your meatball and don’t ever sneeze
